HOW TO KEEP OUR COMPUTER UP TO DATE
1. Clean the computer parts like keyboard, mouse, printer, speaker and CPU once a week with brush or bloor .Open the CPU cabinet and clean the RAM and other parts with a brush. Sometimes computer does not start ii is due to dust in the RAM.
2. Scan the computer with Anit-Virus once a week and UPDATE the Anti-Virus if you are using free Anti-Viruses.
3.Turn on Automatic UPDATE ON Set the time for udadate or Choose ask Update before install option from Control Panel.
4.Check the Necessary disk space every time you save softwares in the disk time to time.
5.Install Anti-Virus progams lke Avira time to time and check the viruses.
6.If the Windwos gives error message better is to reinstall it.
7.Format the other partitions if Virus problems does not solves.
8.Cover the computer after use the most problem is the dust in computer
9. Never use two Anti-Virus progams same operating system.
10.Never bring magnet near computer.
11.Keep distance between speaker CPU, UPS and monitor because magnet in them can attract and cause distrubance in them.
12.Keep shoes out of computer room.
13.Protect the computer with password.
14.Check the windows Fire-Wall whether it is on or not.
15.Scan the External device like pen drive memory card before use.
